摘要:This study investigated relationships between the performance levels of incumbents on job skills and the importance attributed to those job skills. Supervisors and job incumbents rated both the performance of skill dimensions and the importance of those skills for respective incumbents' positions. 摘要:The authors investigated the first 6 months that 166 newly hired employees and their im supervisors worked together. Expectations, perceived similarity, liking, demographic similarity, and performance were examined as determinants of leader-member exchanges (LMXs). 摘要:B. Weiner's(1985) attribution model of achievement motivation and emotion was used asa theoretical foundation to examine the mediating processes between involuntary job loss and employment status.
