摘要:The competitive dynamics literature offers important insights regarding competitive behavior; however, the critical question of how previously nonrival firms become more direct competitors remains unanswered. 摘要:In this article we develop novel theory on the differentiated impact of verbal and visual text on the emergence, rise, establishment, and consolidation of institutions. 摘要:Organizational resilience is an organization's ability to absorb strain and preserve or improve functioning, despite the presence of adversity. In existing scholarship there is the implicit assumption that organizations experience and respond holistically to acute forms of adversity. 摘要:We set forth a new theory for understanding the consequences of CEO celebrity.
