摘要:When organizations adopt new practices, the practices are often modified to fit the new context. We argue that managers who implement new practices modify them, and that the extent of practice variation is determined by two types of these managers' career experience: experience with the practice itself and experience that enables assessment of the fit between the practice and the adopting firm. 摘要:Drawing upon organizational justice and social network theories, we examined the role of social network structure and content in the development of justice climates in self-managing teams, a relatively understudied context in the justice literature. 摘要:Pay dispersion in interdependent work settings is virtually universally argued to be detrimental to performance. We contend, however, that these arguments often confound inequality with inequity, thereby overestimating inequity concerns. 摘要:We integrate moral disengagement, social identification, and social norms theories to develop, test, and replicate a model that explains how and when envy is associated with social undermining.
