摘要:INTRODUCTION Tumor-infiltrating B cells have emerged as important players in cancer immunity and served as predictors of response to immunotherapy. These B cells display multiple functions, primarily through their ability to differentiate into plasma cells to produce antibodies, but vary spatiotemporally across different cancer types. 摘要:A molecular clock network is crucial for daily physiology and maintaining organismal health. We examined the interactions and importance of intratissue clock networks in muscle tissue maintenance. In arrhythmic mice showing premature aging, we created a basic clock module involving a central and a peripheral (muscle) clock.
