摘要:Social embeddedness research has suggested that a history of collaboration between rivals should facilitate cooperation and prevent conflict. 摘要:Combining primary survey data collected from a probability sample of U.S. advertising agencies and semi-structured interviews with advertising practitioners, I tested a novel link from class background to creative employment through a cultural process of matching people to jobs. 摘要:We examine how chief executive officer (CEO) narcissism influences the inter-organizational imitation of corporate strategy. We theorize that narcissistic CEOs are influenced more by the corporate strategies they experienced on other boards and less by the corporate strategies experienced by other directors.
