摘要:Public service mutuals are a form of employee-led organization in which service workers spin out of the public sector to form mutuals that contract back with government to provide a service. 摘要:The integration of resource dependence theory and a network perspective results in a parsimonious strategic response model for the organizational responses of exit, voice, loyalty, and adjustment.
