摘要：We study a retailer's sourcing contract when the supplier's reservation profit (offered by his outside options) depends on his cost, which is privately known to only the supplier. 摘要：We experimentally study first-price split-award auction formats as they can be found in procurement markets where suppliers have economies of scale. Our analysis includes sequential and combinatorial auctions, which allow for bids on the package of two shares and single shares. 摘要：We investigate whether a firm's risk pooling affects its analysts' forecasts, specifically in terms of forecast accuracy and their use of public vs. private information, and how risk pooling interacts with a firm's position in the supply chain to affect analysts' forecasts.
