摘要:Although the dispositional approach to job satisfaction has received a good deal of recent attention, a fundamental deficiency in past dispositional research is a failure to use existing theories to explain why individuals are unhappy and dissatisfied with their jobs. 摘要:Longitudinal data (N=785) collected during Ss high school years(1971-1973) and in 1981 were used to assess the influence of adolescent drug use on adult job behaviors, job satisfaction, and adverse terminations while accounting for concurrent adult drug use, years of drug use, and adolescent achievement motivation. 摘要:Data from 2 experiments indicate that information framing affects decision episodes in more ways than previous studies showed. Results suggest that framing biases problem-space perceptions and may act as a catalyst for different modes of cognitive processing. Characteristics of controlled cognitive modes were found when information was negatively framed; characteristics of more automatic processing were found when information was positively framed. 摘要:This study examined the effects of goals and monetary incentives on performance and extra-role behavior. 摘要:B. Weiner's(1985) attribution model of achievement motivation and emotion was used asa theoretical foundation to examine the mediating processes between involuntary job loss and employment status.
