摘要:This Perspective brings together the remarks written by the authors (or designates) of 16 new JIBS Decade Awards, given in 2009 to the most influential articles published in the journal for 1970 through 1985. The authors briefly discuss the core insights of their articles and assess the relevance of their work for today's scholars. 摘要:The Uppsala internationalization process model is revisited in the light of changes in business practices and theoretical advances that have been made since 1977. Now the business environment is viewed as a web of relationships, a network, rather than as a neoclassical market with many independent suppliers and customers. 摘要:In countries with secure property rights, corporate transparency improves investment efficiency and increases growth by alleviating information asymmetry. However, in countries with insecure property rights, greater transparency can increase the risk of government expropriation.
