摘要:Whereas scholars have identified individual antecedents of emerging as an informal leader among one's peers, our research seeks to understand how established informal leaders maintain their leadership status. 摘要:Despite decades of efforts, many organizations still have sexist supervisors-those in supervisory positions who define their profession by primarily stereotypically masculine features.
