摘要:We examine the growing but understudied phenomenon of organizational blame shifting in the wake of failure in an interorganizationally shared task. 摘要:Organizational resilience is an organization's ability to absorb strain and preserve or improve functioning, despite the presence of adversity. In existing scholarship there is the implicit assumption that organizations experience and respond holistically to acute forms of adversity. 摘要:Management researchers increasingly realize that some theories do not merely describe but also shape social reality-a phenomenon known as performativity.
