摘要:Research on the work-life interface has exploded over the past five decades because of trends in the nature of gender roles, families, work, and careers. However, work-life theory has not kept up with the explosion in research. 摘要:The caregiving ambition framework offers a new approach to understanding work-life issues in terms of aspirations to nurture and care for others. 摘要:Many employees hesitate to use work-life policies (e.g., flexible work arrangements, leave, on-site services) for fear of career consequences.
