摘要:As work organizations become increasingly gender diverse, existing theoretical models have failed to explain why such diversity can have a negative impact on idea generation. 摘要:Using an original dataset of 4,183 former J-1 Visa holders from 81 countries-all of whom had worked in the U.S.-I examine how skilled return migrants, as cross-border brokers, transfer knowledge about organizational practices from abroad to their home countries. 摘要:Numerous scholars have noted the disproportionately high number of gay and lesbian workers in certain occupations, but systematic explanations for this type of occupational segregation remain elusive.
