摘要:This article presents and illustrates the textual approach to qualitative research. In this approach, ethnography is used to observe organizational events and to gain access to related textual or documentary data for subsequent analysis. 摘要:The broad applicability of the regression-analog to survival analysis to the study of time-dependent relationships is described and empirically illustrated. 摘要:This research investigated the configurational relationship between executive team context and executive team structure as measured by team demographics.
