摘要:Prior research evidence shows that within-team interdependence moderates the process-performance relationship in small groups. Data collected from 94 top management teams (TMTs) replicated and extended the small groups finding. 摘要:By complementing prospect theory with organization-level behavioral theory and the threat-rigidity thesis, I study how factors unique to an organizational level can interact with the individual-level tendencies predicted by prospect theory. I tested this approach by examining organizational decisions to divest or retain formerly acquired units in a longitudinal setting. 摘要:We investigate how competing logics facilitate resistance to institutional change, focusing on banking professionals' resistance to large, national banks' acquisitions of smaller, local banks. Acquisitions led to new bank foundings, particularly when out-of-town banks were the acquirers and a community's local population of bank professionals was large. 摘要:We investigated how supervisors' interpretations of what motivates their subordinates' feedback-seeking behavior were related to both the quality of leader-member exchange and subordinates' work performance. 摘要:Assuming a positive influence of stock price volatility on stock option value, incentive alignment proponents argue that stock option compensation encourages managerial risk seeking and, thus, aligns managers' and shareholders' risk preferences. 摘要:This study extends research on strategic alliances by exploring independent and combined effects of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice in these alliances.
