摘要:Using 560 followers and 174 leaders in the People's Republic of China and United States, we found that individual follower's power distance orientation and their group's shared perceptions of transformational leadership were positively related to follower's procedural justice perceptions. 摘要:The current study tested a model that links perceptions of organizational politics to job performance and turnover intentions (intentions to quit). 摘要:Prior studies of multimarket contact have investigated exploitation rather than exploration activities. We contrast effects of multimarket contact on entry and exit dynamics in these two settings and propose that, although in exploitation, firms seek to optimize multimarket contact based on mutual forbearance benefits, in exploration, firms instead seek to reduce uncertainties through mimetic entry and exit. 摘要:We examine how entrepreneurs shape organizational boundaries and construct markets through an inductive, longitudinal study of five ventures.
