摘要:Wetting of liquid droplets on passive surfaces is ubiquitous in our daily lives, and the governing physical laws are well understood. When surfaces become active, however, the governing laws of wetting remain elusive. Here, we propose chemically active wetting as a class of active systems where the surface is active due to a binding process that is maintained away from equilibrium. 摘要:The presynaptic SNARE- complex regulator complexin (Cplx) enhances the fusogenicity of primed synaptic vesicles (SVs). 摘要:Monocytes comprise two major subsets, Ly6Chi classical monocytes and Ly6Clo nonclassical monocytes. Notch2 signaling in Ly6Chi monocytes triggers transition to Ly6Clo monocytes, which require Nr4a1, Bcl6, Irf2, and Cebpb. By comparison, less is known about transcriptional requirements for Ly6Chi monocytes.
