摘要：Using the theory of representative bureaucracy, this paper investigates the relationship between women police officers and sexual assault reports and arrests. 摘要：In this paper, the authors use the Bush administration's management grades from the Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) to evaluate performance budgeting in the federal government-in particular, the role of merit and political considerations in formulating recommendations for 234 programs in the president's fiscal year 2004 budget. 摘要：This study examines how cities he social entrepreneurship - the activity of private individuals and organizations taking initiative to address social challenges in their communities. 摘要：The 'glass ceiling model of gender equity has its weaknesses. Therefore, a multiple-dimensions approach to gender is proposed. This essay reports on a field study of organizational gender arrangements in 10 public sector worksites in New South Wales, Australia.
