摘要:The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 provided a well-studied framework for U.S. federal performance management initiatives. 摘要:Results First is a practice that uses new methods to pursue an old objective: to fill the gap between policy making and knowledge. With innovative evidence aggregation tools and implementation instruments, it has many potential benefits for decision makers. 摘要:Although research on public service motivation (PSM) is vast, there is little evidence regarding the effects of PSM on observable behavior. This article contributes to the understanding of the behavioral implications of PSM by investigating whether PSM is associated with prosocial behavior.
