摘要:Telomerase is intimately associated with stem cells and cancer, because it catalytically elongates telomeres-nucleoprotein caps that protect chromosome ends(1). Overexpression of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) enhances the proliferation of cells in a telomere-independent manner(2-8), but so far, loss-of-function studies have provided no evidence that TERT has a direct role in stem cell function. 摘要:Chiral superconductors, a unique class of unconventional superconductors in which the complex superconducting order parameter winds clockwise or anticlockwise in the momentum space(1), represent a topologically non-trivial system with intrinsic time-reversal symmetry breaking (TRSB) and direct implications for topological quantum computing(2,3).
