摘要:The current technologies to place new DNA into specific locations in plant genomes are low frequency and error-prone, and this inefficiency hampers genome-editing approaches to develop improved crops1,2. 摘要:The pursuit of discovering new high-temperature superconductors that diverge from the copper-based model(1-3) has profound implications for explaining mechanisms behind superconductivity and may also enable new applications(4-8). 摘要:The uptake of carbon dioxide (CO2) by terrestrial ecosystems is critical for moderating climate change1. To provide a ground-based long-term assessment of the contribution of forests to terrestrial CO2 uptake, we synthesized in situ forest data from boreal, temperate and tropical biomes spanning three decades.
