摘要：This work investigates the independent and joint influences of suggestive guidance and credibility indicators in a repeated choice environment laden with risk and uncertainty. Consistent with expectations, results from two studies reveal that aggressive and conservative suggestive guidance influence participant decision making. 摘要：We address the dynamics of post-merger risks for a firm acquiring an information technology (IT) company over a long-termhorizon, and examine the impact of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) motives on its post-merger risks after controlling for its self-selection into the specific motives the acquiring firm seeks. 摘要：We study an enterprise software vendor's decision on three prominent licensing models-on-premises, software as a service (SaaS), and hybrid. Our findings indicate that both the customers' estimation of the future software quality improvement and network effects play critical roles in the software vendor's choice of optimal licensing models.
