摘要：We study a sequential resource allocation problem balancing fairness and efficiency for nonprofit operations. 摘要：Accountable care organizations (ACOs) are responsible for the quality and cost of care of specified patient populations, including the cost of referrals. Motivated by this environment, we study care coordination for healthcare referrals.
