摘要:The emergency medical services (EMS) system is designed to handle life-threatening emergencies, but a large and growing number of non-emergency patients are accessing hospital-based health care through EMS. 摘要:The car-insurance market is plagued with problems of adverse selection and moral hazard. In-vehicle data recorders can collect massive amount of information about the drivers' driving behaviors and risk factors. 摘要:Hospital decision-makers face trade-offs that make it difficult to obtain the trifecta of high performance on clinical quality, patient experience, and technical efficiency.
