摘要：We examine the buyer's problem of inducing the supplier's quality effort using two arrangements: the appraisal regime and the certification regime. 摘要：This paper proposes an agent competition double-auction mechanism to simplify decision making and promote transactions for the customer-to-customer marketplaces.
