摘要:We investigate sourcing decisions related to the back-office operations of 108 processes used by financial services companies. 摘要:Me argue that firms in regulated industries react to macroeconomic and policy risks hi sharply different ways. While they seek to avoid countries with high levels of macroeconomic uncertainty, we predict that they find it more attractive to expand into countries characterized by governments with discretionary policy making capacities so as to be able to negotiate favorable conditions of entry. 摘要:The debate on short-termism has focused on the economic factors of capital markets and performance measurement systems. Laverty (1996) has advocated the inclusion of individual and organizational dimensions to extend the debate. 摘要:Using policy capture methodology, this study examines the effect of different contextual cues upon the know-how transfer efforts reported by 79 biotechnology R&D scientists. Theoretically, these different cues are believed to affect the scientists' expectation of reciprocity, and thus their know-how transfer behavior.
