摘要:We draw on group information-processing theory to investigate how target boards of directors may contribute to target value capture during the private negotiations phase in acquisitions. 摘要:The current research sheds new light on how and why status hierarchies impact interpersonal helping by examining people's reactions to recently experienced status change. 摘要:Although previous studies show that the emergence of evaluation criteria for a new technology improves the life chances of well-performing firms, we theorize that consensus in such criteria among technology experts increases investments to all firms in the new sector. 摘要:We propose that female-founded ventures receive a lower amount of employee labor for equal pay because employees are more likely to decline requests for additional labor by female founders. 摘要:We posit a novel mechanism-socially endogenous calibration-whereby the tendency to align with others' perceptions of organizational status varies systematically with the status of a perceiver's own organization.
