摘要:We introduce status conflicts-defined as disputes over people's relative status (i.e., respect) positions in their group's social hierarchy-as a key group process that affects task group performance. 摘要:We develop a dynamic cognitive model of network activation and show that people at different status levels spontaneously activate, or call to mind, different subsections of their networks when faced with job threat. 摘要:Two studies examined how managers' pay decisions for male and female employees are affected by the opportunity to provide social accounts and how managers think about the value of accounts for men versus women.
