摘要:The hallmark of the legume lncRNA EARLY NODULIN40 (ENOD40), involved in rhizobium- induced nodulation, is the presence of a highly conserved stretch of 24 nucleotides, designated box2, preceded by a small open- reading- frame (sORF) coding for a peptide of 12 to 13 amino acids. 摘要:We revisit and elucidate the A-genus, Hirzebruch's L-genus, and Witten's W-genus, cobordism invariants of special classes of manifolds. After slight modification, involving Hecke's trick, we find that the A-genus and L-genus arise directly from Jacobi's theta function. 摘要:Splicing of terminal introns is coupled to 3 '-end processing by cleavage and polyadenylation (CPA) in mammalian genes. Whether this functional coupling is universally conserved across eukaryotes is unclear. Here, we show using long read RNA sequencing in Saccharomyces cerevisiae that splicing inactivation does not result in widespread CPA impairment, and that inactivation of CPA has limited impact on splicing efficiency. 摘要:We introduce a mathematical model of the cancer-immunity cycle and use it to test several hypotheses regarding the combination, timing, and optimization associated with chemotherapy and immunotherapy dosing schedules in the context of competition and time-dependent selection pressure. 摘要:The question of whether or not passive subwavelength cavities can alter the properties of quantum materials is currently attracting a great deal of attention.
