摘要:The afterglow of a long burst of gamma-rays suggests that the events leading to these explosions can be sizeable sources of some of the Universe's rare isotopes - and that classifications of gamma-ray bursts are too simplistic.

摘要:The fractional quantum anomalous Hall effect (FQAHE), the analogue of the fractional quantum Hall effect(1) at zero magnetic field, is predicted to exist in topological flat bands under spontaneous time-reversal-symmetry breaking(2,3,4,5,6). The demonstration of FQAHE could lead to non-Abelian anyons that form the basis of topological quantum computation(7,8,9). 摘要:Bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract produce amino acid bile acid amidates that can affect host-mediated metabolic processes1-6; however, the bacterial gene(s) responsible for their production remain unknown. Herein, we report that bile salt hydrolase (BSH) possesses dual functions in bile acid metabolism. 摘要:To navigate, we must continuously estimate the direction we are headed in, and we must correct deviations from our goal1.
