摘要:Street-level workers' judgments, decisions, and actions touch on questions of social equity, a dominant theme of H. George Frederickson's deep contributions to public administration scholarship. 摘要:This article examines whether the payoff from engaging in innovation-generating activities is contingent on an organization's level of customer and learning orientation.
