摘要：Reforms that reduce spousal support after divorce are generally thought to reduce the bargaining power of alimony recipients as well as their incentives to participate in the traditional model of household specialization. 摘要：This paper introduces a new measure of the labor markets served by colleges and universities across the United States. About 50% of recent college graduates are living and working in the metro area nearest the institution they attended, with this figure climbing to 67% in-state. 摘要：This paper examines the effect of granting undocumented immigrants driver's licenses on fatal crashes. Using county-level crash data from the Fatality and Injury Reporting System Tool, I leverage the quasi-randomness of the timing of the driver's license reforms adoption across states to identify the causal effect of driver's license reforms. 摘要：This study considers whether the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Medicaid expansions resulted in changes in the use of non-physician providers. Medicaid expansions may have impacted both payments to providers as well as insurance availability for patients. 摘要：Drawing on a natural experiment generated by prefecture-level centralization reforms in China in the early 2000s, we study whether a centralized regulatory system delivers better environmental outcomes in a developing country context. We examine the impact of centralization reforms on firm air pollution emissions using a difference-in-differences estimation strategy.
