摘要:The new concept of relative generic subsets is introduced. It is shown that the set of controllable linear finite-dimensional port-Hamiltonian systems is a relative generic subset of the set of all linear finite-dimensional port-Hamiltonian systems. This implies that a random, continuously distributed port-Hamiltonian system is almost surely controllable.

摘要:We consider a fundamental remote state estimation problem of discrete-time linear time-invariant (LTI) systems. A smart sensor forwards its local state estimate to a remote estimator over a time-correlated multistate Markov fading channel, where the packet drop probability is time-varying and depends on the current fading channel state. 摘要:Inspired by classical sensitivity results for nonlinear optimization, we derive and discuss new quantitative bounds to characterize the solution map and dual variables of a parametrized nonlinear program. In particular, we derive explicit expressions for the local and global Lipschitz constants of the solution map of nonconvex or convex optimization problems, respectively. 摘要:Quasilinear control (QLC) theory provides a set of methods intended for the analysis and design of stochastic feedback systems with static nonlinearities. 摘要:A finite-time observer for a class of linear time-varying systems with bounded unknown inputs is presented in this note. The design of the observer exploits structural properties of the system and, through a linear operator, allows applying the robust exact differentiator in a block form without requiring additional stabilizing terms. 摘要:This article considers a privacy-concerned distributed optimization problem over multiagent networks, in which malicious agents exist and try to infer the privacy information of the normal ones. We propose a novel dual averaging algorithm which involves the use of a correlated perturbation mechanism to preserve the privacy of the normal agents.
