摘要:This article investigates the stabilization of a class of stochastic nonhomogeneous semi-Markov jump systems (SNSMJSs). As a result of incomplete access to the system's state and the occurrence of asynchronous phenomena that occur during information transmission, the control design of the SNSMJSs becomes significantly more complicated. To tackle such a challenge, an observer-based asynchronous controller embedded with a hidden Markov model is proposed. First, an algebraic relationship among tr...

摘要:The Lyapunov stability theory is developed for absorbing continuous-time Markov chains (CT-MCs) in this technical note. The derived stability criteria are all necessary and sufficient for absorbing CT-MCs and set absorbing CT-MCs, where Lyapunov functions can be constructed in a polynomial amount of time with respect to the cardinality of state spaces. Furthermore, the gap between Lyapunov functions of the CT-MCs and of the discrete-time Markov chains is bridged by the feature that the length ...

摘要:In this article, the specified-time affine formation maneuver control (AFMC) problem is studied with a leader-follower structure over a directed communication network. First, by means of Pontraygin's maximum principle and motion-planning techniques, a specified-time AFMC algorithm is designed for the second-integrator systems with dynamic leaders, which can lead the followers to achieve the desired affine formation at a specified settling time according to mission requirements and environmenta...

摘要:In this article, we propose a distributed zeroth-order policy optimization method for multiagent reinforcement learning (MARL). Existing MARL algorithms often assume that every agent can observe the states and actions of all the other agents in the network. This can be impractical in large-scale problems, where sharing the state and action information with multihop neighbors may incur significant communication overhead. The advantage of the proposed zeroth-order policy optimization method is t...

摘要:In this article, we present a kernel-based nonparametric approach to identifying stable multi-input multioutput (MIMO) linear systems in the presence of bounded noise affecting both the input and the output measurements. First, we formulate the considered problem in terms of robust optimization techniques. Then, we show that the formulated robust optimization problem can be solved using semidefinite optimization. Since the involved optimization problem is computationally demanding, we also pro...

摘要:This article is devoted to the stabilization of an uncertain reaction-diffusion equation with dynamic boundary conditions. The remarkable features of the system under investigation are reflected in the presence of the nonlinear dynamic boundary condition and the serious uncertainties that are involved in not only the dynamic boundary but also the main equation. Consequently, the traditional control schemes on this topic are incapable. Toward the control problem, a novel control scheme via cond...

摘要:When the disturbance input matrix is nonlinear, existing disturbance observer design methods rely on the solvability of a partial differential equation or the existence of an output function with a uniformly well-defined disturbance relative degree, which can pose significant limitations. This note introduces a systematic approach for designing an immersion and invariance-based disturbance observer (IIDOB) that circumvents these strong assumptions. The proposed IIDOB ensures the disturbance es...

摘要:This article focuses on time-varying delayed stochastic differential systems with stochastically switching parameters formulated by a unified switching behavior combining a discrete adapted process and a Cox process. Unlike prior studies limited to stationary and ergodic switching scenarios, our research emphasizes non-Markovian, nonstationary, and nonergodic cases. It arrives at more general results regarding stability analysis with a more rigorous methodology. The theoretical results are val...

摘要:In this article, we consider a distributed learning problem in a subnetwork zero-sum game, where agents are competing in different subnetworks. These agents are connected through time-varying graphs where each agent has its own cost function and can receive information from its neighbors. We propose a distributed mirror descent algorithm for computing a Nash equilibrium and establish a sublinear regret bound on the sequence of iterates when the graphs are uniformly strongly connected and the c...

摘要:Distributed data fusion methods, which possess guaranteed performance for ad hoc and arbitrarily connected networks, empower more scalable, flexible, and robust information fusion for multirobot sensor networks. This article proposes a novel distributed Bayesian data fusion algorithm, which ensures uniform consistency, i.e., all the locally estimated distributions converge to the true distribution, for arbitrary periodically connected communication graphs. Conservative fusion via the weighted ...
