摘要:This article investigates the problem of sensor scheduling for remotely estimating the states of heterogeneous dynamical systems over resource-limited and lossy wireless channels. Considering the low time complexity and high versatility requirements of schedulers deployed on the transport layer, we propose a lightweight scheduler based on an Age of Information function built with the tight scalar upper bound of the remote estimation error. 摘要:This article discusses the Dirac structure and the state-space representation of a class of port-Hamiltonian systems that evolve in discrete time. The characterization of the underlying Dirac structure depends on separating the stored energy associated with the system into two distinct components. 摘要:This article presents a method of efficiently computing inner and outer approximations of forward reachable sets for nonlinear control systems with changed dynamics and control authority, given an a priori computed reachable set for the nominal system. 摘要:We develop a general matrix pencil-based approach for efficient nonconservative realization of dual dynamic high-gain scaling-based control designs for a class of uncertain feedforward-like nonlinear systems. 摘要:In this article, we address the problem of attitude estimation for rigid bodies using (possibly time-varying) vector measurements, for which we provide a necessary and sufficient condition of distinguishability. Such a condition is shown to be strictly weaker than those previously used for attitude observer design. 摘要:A new class of nonlinear systems, block logical dynamical systems (BLDSs), is introduced in this note. The existence and uniqueness of solution to BLDSs are first investigated. 摘要:In this article, a novel controller design is proposed to solve the finite-time regulation problem of the Heisenberg system, a prototypical nonholonomic system diffeomorphic to the Brockett integrator and many physical systems. 摘要:In this work, we consider the problem of event-triggered implementation of control laws designed for the local stabilization of nonlinear systems with center manifolds. We propose event-triggering conditions which are derived from a local input-to-state stability characterization of such systems.
