摘要:This paper explores how executives' prior employment ties to interlocking directors, or those who hold additional board seats or executive positions at outside firms, influence individual executive interfirm mobility. 摘要:A common explanation for women's underrepresentation in many economic contexts is that women exit talent pipelines at higher rates than men.
