摘要:We explain how investor perceptions of nonmarket strategies' legitimacy, and thereby value, change during institutional transitions toward greater legal compliance. 摘要:Strain theory has long been invoked to explain organizational misconduct, with underperformance creating pressure for firms to engage inmorally objectionable activities.
