摘要:It was hypothesized that encoding conditions would substitute for, or neutralize, the effects of frame-of-reference (FOR) training on rating accuracy by encouraging or impeding the person organization of behavior in memory. 摘要:This study examined how an often advocated strategy for bridging cultural distance in international business relationships affected participants' responses and behavioral intentions. Participants were employees (N = 223) in the U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese manufacturing firms.
