摘要:This study examined the strength of the relationship between computerized and paper-and-pencil noncognitive selection measures. The tendency to engage in response distortion across these 2 modes was also assessed. The raw cross-mode correlations exceeded .90 for all of the substantive selection scales studied. 摘要:In this study the authors examined the effects of an individual's similarity to the demographic composition of the workgroup on individual-level attitudes with 98 workgroups from a Life insurance company. Results indicated that similarity in race-ethnicity affected individuals' attitudes toward their work group, as well as perceptions of advancement opportunities.
