摘要:We use the concept of niche construction the process whereby individuals, through their activities, interactions, and choices, modify their own and each other's environments as an example of how biological evolution and cultural evolution interacted to form an integrative foundation of modern organizational leadership. 摘要:Conflicts in the workplace have been characterized by their type (task, process, relationship), but little attention has been paid to how conflicts are expressed. We present a conceptual framework of conflict expression and argue that understanding how conflicts are expressed can help us gain new insights about the effects of conflict. 摘要:We examine an intriguing paradox regarding whether interdependencies in an organization's activity system enable or hinder strategic renewal the incremental process through which an organization continuously adapts to the environment and explores opportunities to invoke change in its activity choices and outputs. First, we introduce moralization as the primary process through which followers come to view their leaders as ethical.
