摘要:We apply the psychosocial concept of generativity, or one's outlook toward the next generation, to the context of chief executive officer (CEO) succession. 摘要:Time is a defining feature of human activity, but has been underexamined in theories of entrepreneurial action. 摘要:Conventional wisdom holds that CEOs should avoid wading into society's debates. Yet, CEOs are increasingly ignoring this dictum and taking public stances on socially contentious issues.
