摘要:To resolve the innovation paradox, we examined whether cognitive styles associated with idea implementation (i.e., conformity and attention to detail) have an influence on team radical innovation that goes above and beyond the contribution of creative members. We also examined mediating team processes. 摘要:This study examines the relationship between alternative approaches to employment systems and quits, dismissals, and customer service, using cross-sectional, longitudinal data from nationally representative surveys of call center establishments. 摘要:Using 456 supervisor-employee dyads from four organizations, this study examined how employees use one proactive behavior, feedback seeking, as a strategy to enhance their creative performance. 摘要:This research advances the construct of competitor acumen, or the extent to which a focal firm's assessment of a given rival's prioritization of its competitors reflects the rival's own view. 摘要:This study examines factors influencing CEOs' willingness to provide social support to fellow CEOs who are experiencing significant personal problems (e.g., marital difficulties) and the benefits of support for CEOs who receive it. 摘要:We consider a central puzzle surrounding CEO accountability: What explains the payoffs and penalties that CEOs receive? Invoking Fama's concept of settling up, we examine how a CEO's entire performance record and history of prior over- or underpayment affect current pay and the odds of dismissal.
