摘要:The structure of advice and support networks within organizations has a profound impact on the elaboration of novel ideas. We explore how the sequence in which indivi-duals expose ideas to their network contacts affects their innovation performance. 摘要:We explore how firms' post-transgression crisis communication and executive dismissals jointly influence shareholder trust following financial misconduct. We argue the coherence of a firm's crisis management strategy-the degree to which its elements fit together consistently and logically-plays an important but previously unconsidered role in shareholder trust repair. 摘要:While recessions have many adverse consequences for individuals and organizations, we propose that they have positive implications for job satisfaction. We argue that during bad economic times, people will be less attuned to other possible jobs, and more likely to see their own jobs favorably.
