摘要:Antiviral therapies with reduced frequencies of administration and high barriers to resistance remain a major goal. 摘要:Edge states of a topological insulator can be used to explore fundamental science emerging at the interface of low dimensionality and topology. 摘要:Prymnesium parvum are harmful haptophyte algae that cause massive environmental fish kills. Their polyketide polyether toxins, the prymnesins, are among the largest nonpolymeric compounds in nature and have biosynthetic origins that have remained enigmatic for more than 40 years. 摘要:Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are routinely mobilized from the bone marrow (BM) to the blood circulation for clinical transplantation. However, the precise mechanisms by which individual stem cells exit the marrow are not understood. This study identified cell-extrinsic and molecular determinants of a mobilizable pool of blood-forming stem cells.
