摘要：Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other age-related disorders associated with demyelination exhibit sex differences. In this work, we used single-nuclei transcriptomics to dissect the contributions of sex chromosomes and gonads in demyelination and AD. 摘要：The eukaryotic signal recognition particle (SRP) cotranslationally recognizes the first hydrophobic segment of nascent secretory and membrane proteins and delivers them to a receptor at the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). 摘要：We examined the impact of exposure to sugar restrictions within 1000 days after conception on type 2 diabetes and hypertension, leveraging quasi-experimental variation from the end of the United Kingdom's sugar rationing in September 1953.
