摘要:Nitrenes are a highly reactive, yet fundamental, compound class. They possess a monovalent nitrogen atom and usually a short life span, typically in the nanosecond range. 摘要:Transmembrane beta-barrels have considerable potential for a broad range of sensing applications. Current engineering approaches for nanopore sensors are limited to naturally occurring channels, which provide suboptimal starting points. 摘要:Artemisinin derivatives are the cornerstone of current antimalarial treatment, both for severe malaria (injectable artesunate) and uncomplicated malaria [artemisinin combination therapy (ACT)]. Although a large but poorly defined proportion of malaria infections remains undiagnosed, about 249 million uncomplicated cases were estimated worldwide in 2022, of which roughly 65% were treated with ACTs. 摘要:Meiotic errors of relatively small chromosomes in oocytes result in egg aneuploidies that cause miscarriages and congenital diseases. Unlike somatic cells, which preferentially mis-segregate larger chromosomes, aged oocytes preferentially mis-segregate smaller chromosomes through unclear processes.
