摘要:Biologists would love to be able to read out the amino-acid sequence of any protein molecule as they would the letters of a sentence. A system in which a biological motor pulls proteins through a pore brings the dream closer to reality.

摘要:Oncogenic RAS-induced senescence (OIS) is an autonomous tumour suppressor mechanism associated with premalignancy1,2. Achieving this phenotype typically requires a high level of oncogenic stress, yet the phenotype provoked by lower oncogenic dosage remains unclear.
