摘要：Category captainship (CC) is a supply chain practice in which a retailer collaborates with a manufacturer to develop and implement a category management strategy. 摘要：The two fundamental decisions in the management of perishable inventory are how much new inventory to order and how much old inventory to clear before expiration.
