摘要:This article studies the infinite-horizon adaptive optimal control of continuous-time linear periodic (CTLP) systems. A novel value iteration (VI) based off-policy adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm is proposed for a general class of CTLP systems, so that approximate optimal solutions can be obtained directly from the collected data, without the exact knowledge of system dynamics. 摘要:In this article, we characterize the global asymptotic and exponential stability of nonlinear switching retarded systems through direct and converse Lyapunov-Krasovskii theorems. Thanks to these theorems, a link between the exponential stability of an unforced switching retarded system and the input-to-state stability property is obtained. An example illustrating the applicability of our results is given.

摘要:This article presents a small-gain theorem for networks composed of a countably infinite number of finite-dimensional subsystems. Assuming that each subsystem is exponentially input-to-state stable, we show that if the gain operator, collecting all the information about the internal Lyapunov gains, has a spectral radius less than one, the overall infinite network is exponentially input-to-state stable. 摘要:Network reconstruction of dynamical continuous-time (CT) systems is motivated by applications in many fields. Due to experimental limitations, especially in biology, data can be sampled at low frequencies, leading to significant challenges in network inference.
