摘要:We present a new necessary and sufficient condition of exponential stability of neutral-type linear time invariant (LTI) systems with one delay. The new stability criterion is given in terms of a block matrix, which exclusively depends on the delay Lyapunov matrix and is of finite dimension.

摘要:A popular design framework for networked control systems (NCSs) is the emulation-based approach combined with Lyapunov-based analysis techniques for hybrid systems. 摘要:In this article, stabilization of port-Hamiltonian (pH) systems is studied in the context of shifted passivity. The pH systems, in general, are not shifted passive with respect to the given Hamiltonian and output.
